never eat canned greens! (or canned vegetables of any kind if you can avoid it). Fresh greens are ar less bitter, and they still have all the nutrients that rae lost in processing (which is after all why we eat greens in the first place).Anyone out there fond of eating spring nettles? I am looking forward to going to gather some in a week or two (after the first snow we've had all winter melts). I make a wonderful cream of nettles soup!
