I flew back from Belfast to Bristol in January...

With me I had my wooden and silver flute, and my bodhran...

Only problem was that I also got pulled to one side on the way into Belfast airport as my flute looked suspicious. All was fine when I unpacked my flute case and showed them.

The one biggy I did do though, was put all the extra's for my instrument into my rucksack...

that included my metal cleaning rod for the flute, and the dangerous looking allan key for adjusting my bodhran.

No other problems at all really, was able to take it all on as hand luggage.
