Yeah, that good ol' log cabin. Remember it well, although I was about 10 at the time. Funny how things like that stick and 5 years of algebra are a meaningless blur. There was also a "headquarters set" where the good sergeant would talk on the phone to his mysterious superiors, before braving the blizzard again.

In one of the most bizarre TV shows I've ever seen, the CBC brought the very young black and white Bob Dylan to the screen. He wandered back and forth through a log bunkhouse annoying a bunch of solemn loggers (who all wore checkered shirts and smoked intensely) with "chimes of Freedom, and "Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlands". Real loggers would have strung him up, or at least sent him to the cook house to wash dishes.
