I read in a car magazine awhile back that there are more American-made parts in a Nissan than in any "American-made" automobile. Hondas are made in Ohio (they were actually a better made car when they were made in Japan). Toyotas are made in California. We have a Toyota. Guess we bought American, then. Is it true that the Volkswagen beetle ("Made in der Black Forest by Elves") is now made in Mexico? That's what I've heard. To bring this thread back to music, here's a miracle for you:-- I have a Spanish guitar that was actually made in Spain.
