Hi Jeffesh and welcome to the'Cat......Many of the people you see on this thread have been around here a long time. We found Mudcat as you did through the music, but we have stayed and become friends through the sense of real community that exists here. Helen who just posted is a beautiful and intelligent and very compassionate Aussie who has shared even her (sort of) recent marriage with us (She also got me hooked on Vegemite, but that's another story). There are get-togethers and gatherings of 'Catters every now and again and when folks who have only known each other through the threads meet, the feeling is invariably the same......."Old friends, just met."

Welcome again and feel free to add and share with us. The 'Cat is a collection of wonderful, intelligent, talented, knowledgeable, caring, and loving people. Sadly I don't have any of those attributes but a lot of folks do....I know from long experience. Jump in whenever and wherever you have an interest.
