Realaudio is a proprietary format. There are no legal direct conversions available. What you can do is get a program like GoldWave, set the input to "what you hear", and play the realaudio file, Goldwave saves it as a WAV file, but lets you convert to MP3m as well as apply all sorts of sound-editing tricks. Works well.
