Jim Dixon has a very comprehensive list there of stations that webcast and many of the shows are excellent. Several 'Catters have shows. Mike Regenstreif in Montreal does an absolutely fantastic program as does Ron Loesko and bot often post here about upcoming special shows. Rick Fielding has a show out of CIUT Toronto on Mondays at 7 that's laid back, live with folks in the studio and worht a listen too. If your computer does sound and you have Real Player (free) then you're set to go.
