Here's a site about Dickenson County, Virginia, wood used to make Gibson Guitars. Way down in the article, it says one of the men discussed had cousins, "The Barton Brothers," also from Dickenson County, who wrote Old Richmond Prison, which later was recorded by Ralph Stanley. Maybe we're closin' in on it. ~;o)
