I think the conspiracy theory leaves out an important aspect and that's the Treaty for World Domination signed by the Dutch with the other nation that is actively expanding it's territory.....ICELAND!! Yep, different means, but the same outcome. Check with Skarpi on this, but Iceland is growing all the time and they are definitely in league with the Dutch.
