There was also a guy in Eccles, Manchester, U.K. that used to jam with a rock'n roll band on 'Johnny B Goode'.

This thread reminds me of a sleeve note on one of the Steeleye albums, it said (of a fiddler) "Sure you think he's fast, but he records the left hand first, and puts the right hand down afterwards."
