I'm from S. Yorkshire and will be staying in Berkeley California during the week 27th April - May 5th. It's a work visit but I thought about taking my fiddle - are there opportunities for informal session music or jamming in that time - if so where ?

- I've noticed that Kate Rusby is performing in San Fransisco at the same time I'm there - strange since she lives down the road from where I'm sitting now.
