Mark, the lack of response may be because it may no longer be available in the sources we got it from. I'm pretty sure it was in an older edition than the current one of "Silver Burdett World of Music". The company is now "Silver Burdett-Ginn" and that series isn't being made any more. A local school system may have copies, or used book stores sometimes can find them. I'm almost certain it was in grade 3 of the edition published in the mid-80's (not that old, but the publishing companies are always updating so they can charge more!) Good luck in your search!
