He was the first to bring in the heavies (lawyers), the first to bring in hired "goon sqads" to harrass polling officilas and the first to file a suit in the Federal Court to stop the recounts. Those are facts and they fairly well implicate Bush and his sponsors in this deal.

Second, those who are disappointed by the Democrats voting for Bush's proposals need look no further than who their bosses are. Yep, same folks who own the Repulicans and Bush. There is no two party system.
