Two Wigan firefighters were visiting Ground Zero with Mayor Giulliani

Firefighter: It's turrible myrrh (sic) Giulliani.

Mayor:Say that accent of yours is really different,where are you guys from?

Firefighter: Wiggin.

Mayor: Oh! what state is that in?.

Firefighter:Well its a bloody sight worse than this.

NB Wigan is an old Lancashire town (Roman name Coccium) noted in the UK for it's almost impenetrable accent,Wigan kids do English as a second language.But the town has the best Rugby League team in the Universe.
