I did save some printed web pages - basically you need to mpeg them (probably mpeg2) and stitch em together in a program like TEmpeg (I have the "a" version that has mpeg2 the later ones had to include royalties to the mpeg cartel) and save it in your favourite VCD riendly burn app like Nero 5.
I will dig out the paper and report back if I find it!
