Steve & any others from UK midlands might be interested: Visiting my father in Birmingham over Easter I discovered the Jug o' Punch Accoustic (sic)Folk and Roots club now meets on the last Sunday of each month at the Lyndhurst Hotel Kingsbury Rd, Erdington (where I stay when I go to see him!) Unfortunately I'm never able to stay on a Sunday night. Nice to know it still continues.
