So why the disparity in sentencing?
Cocaine is the drug of the affluent and most crack users are inner-city poor. The War on Drugs is an expensive joke. We have spent BILLIONS of dollars and the street price of cocaine has actually gone down over the last ten years.
It's just another Government Beaurocracy with a life of its own, whose principal job is to ensure its own existance.troll
