Aware of how vital my feedback is, I've been trying to complete the questionnaire for an hour! Is this really just another one of those political spin surveys? I get these phone calls all the time and diligently listen and answer until I realize it's just a robot. But then so many 'conversations' consist of two people talking and no one listening.
