Farmer Brown sold his wheat the other day.
Like a doggone fool threw his money all away
He went into town in an old buckboard
And, he came back home in a little red Ford.
He got to the fence and he got to the gate
He kicked at the clutch and he kicked at the brake
He cut all the wires and he cut off the top
But, the little red Ford just would not stop.
He took out his knife and he smiled so keen
Cut a hole in the tank, let out the gasoline
Took out his gun filled the tires full of lead
But the little red Ford went chugging right ahead
Out in the yard was a big mudhole,
He hit an old pig, you shoulda seen it roll
Out in the yard they landed in a heap
In a big mud puddle 'bout six foot deep.
