I believe that the songs are effectively copyrighted by being on the album. They are certainly all registered with GEMA, the German equivalent of PRS, which collects songwriting royalties. If you want to sing 'em go ahead. I am most flattered. Oddly enough, three of the songs were co-written with Rob Taylor, who has recently topped the dance charts over here!
