Like Robin I wondered about being able to ride my bike after I got home from work! Originaly I was riding just three days a week and just recently increased that to daily. Doctor says I can increase the weight loss and overcome some of the daily fatique by riding more. I have taken the bike out all but two evenings this month and at the beginning I would come home and almost dread having to drag myself up out of my chair to go. Now like Peg said, I look forward to it! I find it has also changed my sleeping habits. Where I used to get up two or three times a night I now sleep soundly through the night (most nights) and wake up feeling a lot better in the morning. Also I have felt a lot less stressful. When I climb on the bike all the cares of the day seem to fall behind me and I just enjoy the ride. There's SO much to be said for excercise, I wish I had found out about it sooner!
