I'll be at a black tie dinner at my golf club - now that wasn't at all predictable was it!

The English will make rude jokes about how boringly stupid the Welsh are - and the Welsh will make suitable ripostes.

Then someone else will make rude jokes about how stubbornly stupid the Scots are - and the Scots will come back with something appropriate.

Then someone will make rude jokes about how stupidly stupid the Irish are - and the Irish will do their bit in return.

And we'll all be pissed as handcarts by the end of the night and have to be poured into taxis. It's so tediously bloody juvenile, exactly the same, year after year.

Can't wait.
