I was recently given a twenty or so year old "Orlando" guitar (model 301?) which has a pretty bad warp in the neck. The tension rod is quite stiff and I am reluctant to put too much strain on it in case of damaging the threads or, even the guitar neck itself or, even the junction between the neck and body of the guitar. \\\\any one care to advise me, I would like to repair the instrument for my little daughter as it was very well made in Japan.
