I'm in Central New York, just south of Thruway exit 32. (Mid-way between Syracuse & Albany)

I was up & getting ready to leave with a friend. We did not feel it, but it was a big topic with those who had felt it, when we got to Rochester. Almost everyone I work with felt it too & say the dishes rattled, etc.

I think about the time it hit I was trying to make up with my cat, whom I'd accidently shut in the basement all night. I was talking or distracted, but I think I would have noticed dishes shaking. I don't know why we didn't notice anything.

I've been told Boston should get a big one sometime.
