As you amass a collection of tracks from different sources, normalizing & equalizing them--mastering, in other words-- will be a matter of some concern for getting an overall sonic cohesiveness to the CD. It's just the kind of thing that we can't do in isolation, and you may find that you need to be more specific in your requirements for submitted format.

Now that I have a CD burner (still virgin, I might add) I could burn the original track--whatever one you might want, or a few to choose from, as WAV files for maximum flexibility in the mastering process....maybe give it some thought and let us know what your PREFERRED format is.
