Okay, I'm back. Try this:

G - G/F# - C (or Em) - G
C - C/B - Am - D
G - G/F# - C - G
C - G - D - G

D - D - G - G
C - C/B - Am - D
G-C-G - G-G/F#-C
C - G - D - G

As to the G/F# - you can play it as a descending run on the low E string, or you can catch the F# on the D string (4th fret) with your pinkie, or you can substitute a partial Bm chord.
