I discovered the employment potential of my beard last Christmas too. Just a one-off at a local school, but it paid handsomely -- a bottle of Laphroaig 10 year old single malt! This year the beloved and I are seriously considering going at as Santa and Mrs Claus, singing some close-harmony carols. A couple I know do this and have more work than they can handle --- and they've said that they'll pass some on to us. There's money to be made!
