Guest - welllll (dubiously), here's a link to lyrics of a song called "Dead Man, Dead Man" from what I gather *was* Dylan's "Christian" period. It doesn't contain phrase "God is dead" & that isn't its message --- but MAYBE (?) it's what you're thinking of or recalling??
