Susan: Does this mean that DT has permission on an artist basis or on a song by song basis.

If it is the first case and if the DT has several songs by an artist with copyrights listed we might assume that we could post another one (with copyright listed of course).

If it is the second case then maybe one should never post songs to these threads unless one KNOWS they have no copyright. (As Rodney seems to be saying)
