When I started using the Internet last October I chose my service providers option with the minimum flat rate (9 hours/month). Upon discovering DT I had to change my billing algorithm to 35 hrs/month flat rate. Since this is virtually the only site I use significantly I would be quite willing to pay a monthly fee.
