Jeez, I guess I've missed it living up here where the moss grows on my north side. Plenty of very toothsome indigenous goodies, but I've eaten grits only twice (in Denver), and I've had catfish only once (love it!!), but I had that here and it was imported. Never scrapple.Last time I had my cholesterol checked, it was 176, so I guess I have a little room to experiment. . . .
