Years ago in Charleston WV there was a major controversy about texbooks and sex education in the schools. At the heart of the controversy was Alice Moore, an ultra right wing "Christian" school board member. One morning, the headlines on the front page of the Charleston Gazette announced "Alice Moore Attends Pubic Meeting." I loved it.
