Well, Hardi will be away for half of this one, but then that means it won't make him nuts to do it again. In fact he said what would make him nuts would be missing so much of it! *G*

Thursday June 6 – Monday June 10 Near Wellsboro, PA
An hour north of Williamsport PA and an hour south of Elmira NY.
See TRAVEL TIMES, below.

NEW POLICIES
If you are planning on coming, get my snail mail address and send me one of your picks, a piece of sheet music, or some other token of your musicianship. These constitute your "registration" confirmation and take the place of a guest book for people to sign.... you see, after one of these we invariably find picks left lying around. I want one of your favorite picks to be here waiting for you, whenever you come visit us! And if you don't know you'll be coming till the last minute—be sure to bring a spare pick for your admission fee!

I am also going to ask each participant to make a token donation to Mudcat. Basically, you will have to "pay" to leave, or we will disable your vehicle and KEEP you! Sliding scale, $1-20, you decide what makes sense.

IN-HOUSE ACCOMMODATIONS:
In-house accommodations include two guest bedrooms and a "landing" room that will sleep three each, in beds varying from real to inflatable. There's floor space (cat-lovers only) and couch-recliner space downstairs as well. Also, the addition on the back of the house has two large rooms, very snug, and the upstairs room is non-allergenic. This will make a dorm room upstairs to sleep at least 8, plus a dorm/second jam room downstairs. Sleeping space will be assigned based on who signs up to come, and what their needs may be. (TALK to me.) I will need to know when you plan to arrive and depart.

CAMPING
Sleeping in your van is excellent here. One visitor brings an electric heater to run off an extension cord from the barn. Tenting in the farmyard is fine, if chilly, but beware black bears and bobcats, and so NO FOOD out there. Our pop-up camper sleeps several, depending how friendly they are! I have a large (double 9 x 13) screen room we can put up, as well as the two porches and yard for picking.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Dinner Thursday is on us, for people signing up to come early and help get ready for Friday arrivals. This time I am looking for a volunteer to be responsible for crockpot-type dinner (1 meat and 1 vegetarian) to be on hand awaiting Friday arrivals. I'll do casserole breakfasts Saturday and Sunday, and y'all can bring the rest. There is a second fridge for beer and bev, so fill it up. Bagged ice is appreciated as well. There is a recycling area in need of a volunteer to keep it policed and sorted.

EXTENDED VISITS:
This does not have to be just a weekend thing. If you can come earlier or stay later, that's great. You're on the crew.

OTHER AMENITIES
Bring your swimsuit or spare shorts; there is a sitting pool I will probably have up by the time the date rolls around. Bring walk/hike shoes; we live at the foot of some nice hills for leg-stretching. If you bike, bring it; Hardi knows where to go and loves to bike. Frisbees, archery, and so forth? Sure, why not?

WISH LIST:
Facilities for this and upcoming gatherings here would be greatly improved if you are interested in getting rid of any of the following:

Metal-frame hollywood bed frames
Futon frame
Pillows! Always pillows!
Clean room-size rugs, any old weird colors you are tired of!
