Sorry, I stopped collecting qusrters in 1956, but this did give me an excuse to check my collection for the first time in decades.

They did mint over half a billion (with a B) quasrters in 1972, so they're out there. Acoin store could probably find you on in Proof or MS-65 condition for barely a couple of bucks (and then when you're through with it, they'll buy it back for hald a dollar.
