You really need to focus on what NATHAN needs, and then try to get at least some of what you need. Also, please forgive me if this sounds snotty or uncaring, but---
You need to stop obsessing about this stuff and perhaps even stop looking for the BadStuff. START looking for GoodStuff, like what Susan no doubt sent to you. GET AWAY if at all possible.

DON'T try to stop taking any meds you are on right now......whatever the hell they are for. PM me if you want clarification or other stuff.
