It was great to hear from Pat Cooksey after a gap of some years.I used to play in the Dyer's Arms in the 70's with Pat and lots of other musicians including Sean Cannon and The Furies and know that Pat has written lots of other songs, all of them excellent, many of them very funny. We had a re-union of the Dyer's Crowd in Coventry in March, where the music & ale flowed,just like old times! All my best wishes to them and the folks at Upton, particularly in the Muggery.
