Be glad you didn't get an "ash" colour and turn it green, darlin'...happened to a friend of mine in school.

To really be effective, you probably have to use a semi-permanent or bleach it out totally, first, then apply the dye...not worth it, imo. Be proud of yer red, I say!! Not much of mine is left, but I had a friend convince me to let it go natch-er-all 'cause she showed me a book on redheads, all photographs and the cover one was about the same faded out shade as mine!

When I did dye mine with blond I got a strawberry, but it was always with a permanent colour. So...were you hoping to find out if blondes really do have more fun? Was DH still up for anything? No fair teasing and leaving us hanging! LOL
