As a brunnett you need to use a POWERFUL bleach to make your hair blond. Do not use Over-The-Counter-Consumer products...but go to a commercial/professional/cosmotologist supply store.

Quick Blue and Volume 40 Peroxide will do the trick. (cost about $10 US)
