The main melodic hook happens in the change from Am to Amajor. I was 22 when I wrote 'Man Of The Earth', I'm now 52. The song is still going strong; it will probably outlast me despite the recent slagging in Stirrings magazine website. Oh, such small minded people with even smaller minds. No wonder I've retired.
