Good concept guys, but I'm afarid you are being copy-cats. As far as I can tell our governments in all levels have already used this concept for years. Is there a union for this? I know here there must be a union for 'shovel leaners'. Have you never wondered why it takes eight people to dig a hole? One with the actual shovel and the other seven to stand and watch? I wish you success in your venture, but if you want to get in with a group of real experts get a job with a government agency. There you will learn much!!
