Ooh, DW, sounds painful.... imagination going overtime on that one.... Girlies don't really get that sort of problem. Used to ride pillion on a Suzuki 500 that had a cracked seat and it pinched in some very strange places.

Can't decide about slotted, but I do prefer a nice wide seat to match my own.
