Hey Liz, I did say if you do enough of it-though for myself I've yet to turn into a muscle bound hunk! It won't change me looks though-still ugly.

Seat-there are so many to choose from, a Gel seat is pretty good-I'm not for one of those long thing things that cut off yer blood supply and the nerves!But you can get gel covers, suspension seat posts etc.

And gears bloody well help when you're carrying about 68-80 pounds in baggage! I suppose we ride about 1,500-1,800 miles a year.Ask Mudguard-he's the masochistic expert!! Arn't you Andy?
