Fans of the late John Doonan may be interested to know that there is an in-depth article in the June issue of Froots magazine (formerly "Folk Roots"). Entitled "Tyneside Tales" it is by Joe Crane and goes into a fair amount of detail about the musician's life and music. Well worth searching for.
