If'n you ain't sure which Windows Operating System (OS) you have, try this: Go to your desktop. RIGHT CLICK on 'My Computer' - a little menu will pop-up - left click on 'Properties'.

A screen pops up which lists your OS - how much RAM you have, and other stuff. While you are there - have a look in Device Manager - a tidy list there is good, yellow warning symbols are not so good, red warning symbols are, well, worse...

Be careful in Device Manager - 'here there be monsters'.
