Dietrich sang this song in the classic film "The Blue Angel" (Das Blauen Engel)--in German, originally, I think. The German version of the song is "Ich Bin Von Kopf Bis Fuss Auf Liebe Eingetellt." ("I am from head to foot in love [whatever "eingetellt" means].)
