I was in Sainsbury's one day, and Paul McCartney came in. He was over by the butcher's section, and appeared to be buying hamburger. Knowing that his wife, Linda, was a strict vegetarian, I went over to him, and said: "Hey, Paul, what are you doing buying hamburger?" He replied, "I won't need to buy it if you keep sticking your face in my business, know what I mean?" I didn't, but he said it with that winning smile that has made him one of the richest people in Britain.
