But who was the Radovan Karovicz look-alike immediately behind Ozzie, who refused to sing along with anything? Looked like a minder, perhaps there to protect anything in the vicinity of Ozzie (girly bands, princes, etc)?

And weren't many Kermit, etc shows made in London with a lot of UK puppeteers, after the American Networks had rejected Henson & Co? English humour again?

But my favourite were the Hells Angles(!) bikers in the parade, especially the one who turned back so he could make a second pass on the seated royals.
