My suggestion is this, 41 assholes wanted to fuck up a party. 700,000 would have taken it as an affront to a well loved monarch, think about those odds?. They would have got on camera, but their hospital stay would have been much longer.... Perhaps the police arresting them was a metaphor, "the crown is protecting her dissidents from harm"
