Paul knew it was a bit risque' to sing that song; and the Queen knows any facial expression can be interpreted wrong(by the vultures of the media) so she spends most of her life hiding her emotions from view. My guess she was bursting to smile and wave, but knew she would be fucking toast in the morning news if she did. Cant win when everything you say and do is constantly monitored and used as a weapon against you.
