Halló all, this summer is going to be very warm here In Iceland the heat is growing everyday now. So if anyone are coming to Iceland they are gona be lucky with the wheather. The heat is now at some area´s 21 on celsius I don´t know what that is in you meter´s. 21 on celsius is more than we are use to have in Iceland. Anyway I am going to a personal training course In body building it is called ( ACE ) course and it´s from USA and are in English. So I need a little luck to finish it, is a hard one. I have been training my self six times a week for 11 month´s now, but rest on Sunday´s , that´s why I have been so little on Mudcat. My music are in a little rest at the moment but after this course I will return to my guitar and bothrán again. And In Octber I will be In a Fitness In Iceland.
